With offices in both Cork and Dublin, we offer corporate bank accounts in both cities. In order to open a corporate bank account in Ireland, it is necessary to meet with the bank for KYC requirements. It is required that at least one company Director meets face to face with the bank. A member of our team will accompany you to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
When meeting with the bank, a company Director must present the following KYC/AML documents:
- Your original passport
- 1 certified utility bill dated within the last 3 months
When meeting with the bank, a company Director must also present the following incorporation documents:
- Original Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Copy of form A1
