Meet Christine Sutton

Human Resources Consultant

Christine Sutton is a highly accomplished HR consultant with over 20 years of experience working with global clients across a range of sectors. With a background in the financial services sector in Ireland, Christine has more recently consulted with FMCG, Tech Start-Ups, Public and Private sector clients. She has a wealth of experience supporting CEO's and senior leadership teams on employee development, business strategy, organisational culture, and change initiatives.

Christine has a passion for promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She brings a multi-dimensional approach to her work, addressing psychosocial risk assessment findings through individual, organisational, and managerial interventions and solutions. Christine is accredited in several psychometric tools for use in personal, team, and leadership coaching and development, as well as selection processes. Her expertise and experience have earned her the distinction of being an accredited coach, a holder of a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

As a lifelong learner, Christine is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, a testament to her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Christine is committed to supporting her clients in achieving their goals while promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
