Laura is a qualified company secretary and is registered with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She is a graduate of University College Cork and holds a degree in Commerce International with Irish. Laura also holds a post-graduate degree in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University. Laura has vast experience in company incorporation and annual compliance. Laura is an avid reader and dog lover!
